Ainsley has a strong foundation in both design and hospitality. Her early exposure to the industry began at home - her father founded a successful design-build firm on the Main Line, and she grew up surrounded by a family of creatives, including her grandmother, mother, and aunts, all known for curating beautiful, comfortable interiors around the world. This upbringing gave her an early appreciation for the process of creating well-considered, livable spaces. 

Ainsley began her career in the luxury hospitality industry in New York City, where she spent ten years refining her understanding of elevated service and experiential design. In 2019, she returned to the Main Line of Philadelphia and joined Gardner/Fox Associates as an interior designer, expanding her expertise in residential renovations before launching Ainsley Brookins Design in 2024. With extensive experience in full-home renovations, she specializes in custom kitchens, millwork, lighting design, and space planning. From functional family spaces to luxury bathrooms, bedrooms, and offices, Ainsley is comfortable working on all of the challenges of your home. They change all the time, but her current passions include black and gold European cooking ranges, vibrant stripes, and Moroccan tile.
